Well to say the truth I never was interested in wathcing pinhead.I am not saying that it sucks or anything but for real gore I would suggest friday the 13th or a nightmare on elm street.But for a lot of gore you should wacth hostel or freddy vs jason.Though one of the best films for torture is 'saw'.Trust me it is very cool and disgusting that makes it cooler.
